Professionally, Cindy has been a clinical nurse for nearly a decade. She served in both clinical and administrative capacities throughout her career and holds a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership. As a staff nurse, nurse leader, and quality improvement specialist, she led multidisciplinary teams in academic medical settings throughout Boston, New York, and Ohio to deliver high-quality care to patients across complex diagnoses.

Her perspective on health shifted profoundly when she was expecting her first child in the summer of 2020. Following the birth of her daughter, a postpartum conversation with her OB/GYN about a concerning lump led to a diagnosis of thyroid cancer. What got her through was not any single provider or intervention: it was a coordinated team working across every dimension of her health, physical recovery, emotional support, logistical navigation, and the everyday habits that either drain or restore a person. That experience made clear to her that health is never one thing, and care that treats it as one thing will always fall short.

Through her professional and personal experiences, Cindy identified the gaps that exist when care is fragmented by condition, by specialty, and by system. She brings a calm and compassionate approach to the full picture: nutrition and movement, mental health, sleep, stress, caregiving, life transitions, and everything in between. Her focus is on helping people feel seen across all of who they are, not just the symptom or diagnosis that brought them in.

As an oncology nurse and cancer survivor, I know what it feels like when health unravels across multiple fronts at once, and when it comes back together because the right people are working on it together. My experience showed me that whole health is not a concept; it's what's required. I became a Whole Health Coach because I want to be the consistent, trusted presence that quarterbacks care across every domain, not just the one that got flagged on a lab report. Whether someone is navigating a new diagnosis, recovering from a major life event, managing a chronic condition, or simply trying to take better care of themselves, they deserve a plan built for all of who they are.

Build a personalized care plan across all eight clinical domains: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, mental health, hormonal health, cardiometabolic health, and social wellbeing

Coordinate your care team and connect you to the right specialists at the right time

Set and track meaningful goals with you week over week, not just at annual checkups

Provide consistent support through life transitions: new diagnoses, caregiving responsibilities, recovery, major changes at work or home

Advocate for you within the healthcare system and help close the preventive care gaps your carrier misses

Be your first call, regardless of the issue

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other: your story, your health history, and what's brought you here. I'll walk you through the Whole Health approach and we'll look together at your Whole Health Quiz results across all eight domains. From there, we'll build a care plan that reflects your full picture, not just your most pressing concern. We'll set one clear goal to start, and from session to session we'll celebrate wins, adjust as life shifts, and keep your plan honest and current. You'll always have a direct line to me between sessions, because whole health doesn't pause between appointments.
