Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 onion, diced
1 can pumpkin puree
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion until it becomes translucent.
