OneVillage Partners with Disability Advocate Emily Goodson to Bring Groundbreaking Inclusion and Confidence Workshops to the Workplace
Washington, D.C. — May 23, 2025 — OneVillage, the healthcare technology company transforming access to supportive care and education in the workplace, today announced a new collaboration with Emily Goodson, author, keynote speaker, and nationally recognized disability inclusion expert, to bring two powerful seminars to employer clients and their teams.
The partnership reflects OneVillage’s continued commitment to addressing the full spectrum of employee wellness and belonging, including the lived experiences of people with disabilities—both visible and invisible. These 60-minute sessions are now available to book through OneVillage’s Expert Seminars Program for a fee of $2,500 per session.
“Emily’s voice is powerful, her story is transformative, and her insights are practical,” said Ashley Yesayan, CEO of OneVillage. “We’re incredibly proud to bring her content to our platform, and even more excited for the companies and employees who will benefit from her unique perspective on disability inclusion, confidence, and culture.”
The new offerings include:
1. Creating Disability Inclusion: From Awareness to Action
This session equips HR professionals, managers, DEI leaders, and ERG sponsors with the tools to move beyond performative inclusion. Participants will learn how to:

2. Building Confidence and Success from the Inside Out
Designed for people leaders, team members, and parents of children with disabilities, this seminar explores:

- The role of belonging and representation in fostering resilience
- Tangible, everyday strategies for leading with courage and inclusion
Emily Goodson, a former HR leader who sustained a childhood brain injury, draws from both lived experience and professional expertise to deliver workshops that are deeply personal, evidence-based, and action-oriented.
