You may have read in the news that the aroma of lavender might aid to relieve anxiety. The news isn't entirely shocking, given that essential oils and aromatherapy have been used to treat stress, pain, and sleep problems for hundreds of years. Aromatherapy is widely used to treat a wide range of mental and physical disorder, including stress, anxiety, headaches, and digestive issue. If you are suffering from anxiety and stress, you should think about using aromatherapy to relieve stress and anxiety. In this video, I talk about what different scents can do to help you relax, what scents like bergamot, chamomile, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, peppermint, and rose can calm you!
