In this video, I have shared some pattern drawing ideas to release stress & anxiety, so you get a flavor for what it's about! Patterns drawing reduce stress and are super easy to draw, it's like what everybody does during class when they're bored, so hopefully this will make you understand that art therapy can be for everybody, no matter what's your skill in art. Stress has become an unavoidable part of our lives, and we are all aware that it can lead to a variety of health problems. The first step we should all take is to lower our stress levels, but this is easier said than done. Drawing is one of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to relieve stress and anxiety. The major objective of doing anti stress drawing is because it can help you relax in a variety of ways. To follow along, you can either directly copy what I'm doing, or just listen to the music and draw something else. Either way, you won't be doing it alone. And if you're going through something and are too damn tired to even lift up your hand, that's ok. While I was going through cancer treatment my mind always wanted to do things but my body wouldn't move. If that's you, then use this video to color your imagination, through me. And by the end, hopefully you'll be feeling lighter and more mindful. Ok, so grab some paper and something to draw with, and let's jump in! Remember to smile, breathe, and let the art just take you where you want to go. You're here so let's make the most out of it :) Hi everyone, I'm Sylvia, a breast cancer survivor and founder of Amidira. While going through cancer treatment, I spent hours researching health topics, and I created this channel to share my insights and be an extra health buddy for you! #arttherapy #antistressdrawing #cancerpatientselfcare
