This cookbook was so helpful to me as I started trying to work more "anti-cancer" foods into our usual meal plans. I have adapted and changed some things here and there but overall this is a solid place to start if you're looking to change things up in your usual cooking routine.

I got into a lot of unhealthy habits with restricting my diet and so on following my diagnosis. I think it was because there was nothing else I could control that I ended up going this way. In any case I have really liked this book because it has given me a little more "healthy" perspective on controlling my diet and limiting myself to these healthy foods as part of my healing.

This is one of my favorite recipe books, I like that it is simple but tasty, and makes me feel like I'm going something good for my health at the same time

I've been wanting to take better control of my diet, and love this cookbook. Have been using it for a few months now and I really like how healthy and easy the recipes are. The easier the recipes the better, because it's more likely I will actually follow through with cooking!
