What are the best products to use for lash regrowth after chemo?

I have lost all of my eyebrows and lashes after chemo and need something that is going to help speed up the process of growing it back! Has anyone tried brow or lash serums? What brands did you like?

Castor oil at night was what I did and I had a lot of regrowth in about 3-4 weeks after stopping treatment. I also tried latisse as well, which has had good results but is a splurge for me.

I used Revitalash, it's a product that's been out for a while though so I don't know whether something better has come out!
