How did you get diagnosed with lymphoma?

Last activity by Delbert Hoffman,

Went to er this past January with left sided pain. Ct showed gross spleen enlargement, pet scan showed cancer, bone marrow biopsy showed stage 4 lymphoma.

Went to get covid test. They thought my lungs sounded funky and I had pneumonia. Got an X-ray and they saw either a mass, lesion, or vascular something on it. Got a CT scan then went to cardiothoratic surgeon where he told me it was most likely lymphoma. From there I got a biopsy and PET and have been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma stage 2B

A long time sunbather. Had what was expected to be a basal cell skin cancer off my back. Path came back lymphoma. Dermal infiltrate with atypical lymphoid cells ... Pathologist concerned it may be a true lymphoreticular neoplasm ... and possibly a lymphoproliferative disorder thought to be benign pseudolymphomatous condition. Dermatologist said they would probably give me radiation. I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this. I don't feel sick.

Huge lump in my left armpit. Had to get a mammogram and ultrasound first to make sure it wasn’t breast cancer. Then a biopsy and then onto treatment. Chemo and radiation.

Swollen lymphnodes in arm,arm pit, chest and neck. I had a ct scan, ultrasound, needle biopsy (which came back clear except ebv). Continued b symptoms so a lymphnode dissection was done which finally confirmed diagnosis.

My husband’s intestines burst and he went into septic shock. Almost died. The diagnosis was a shock. He has two stomas and a wound vac.
