What are the best supplements to take for hair regrowth after chemo? I have no hair or lashes after both chemo and radiation and am looking for something that will help move the growth along faster!!

Pure geonomics has a great multi vitamin for hair and skin with biotin, zinc, and a number of other vitamins / minerals. Have been using it for a few weeks now and I like it. Can't see a ton of difference but I think these have to be taken for at least 4-6 weeks to really see a difference.

Biotin didn't work at all for me, make sure you read the labels before you buy anything.

A few supplements you can consider are biotin, zinc, Vitamin C and Folic Acid. These are the building blocks for your hair and can help offset some of the negative side effects of ongoing hormone treatments (Tamoxifen, Lupron) can also have on hair growth!

I used Nutrafol, it was expensive, but it was worth it. I was recommended this by another survivor who had also used it. Survivor recs have not let me down so far!

I used a biotin / collagen combination shampoo, I got mine on Amazon, I think that you can find these most places.

Biotin vitamins and shampoo worked great for me, I also made sure that I didn't use a hairdryer or straighener, etc. Good luck!!!
