Stress, anxiety, and depression are common reactions to learning you have cancer, receiving treatments, and being in the hospital. These are common causes of insomnia too, as it turns out. Regardless of whether you're suffering from insomnia because of treatment or surgery related pain, or a busy mind our 10 minute guided sleep hypnosis should do the trick 😴

The stress hurts my sleep so much and any trick I can read about is calming! Also it is motivating to see that i'm not alone in my sleep issues. This is a fantastic article!

I have been having such a hard time sleeping and have used this for the last few nights. It's not perfect, and I have woken up in the night a couple of times, but there's something really relaxing about this. Not sure why it works but it does! I'll take it!! :)

I have also used the hypnosis for pain and hypnosis for anxiety videos. It's worth checking out if you are struggling with either. It can't hurt as I always say!!

I'm not much of a guided meditation or hypnosis person but I found this strangely relaxing. I am willing to try anything these days, my hot flashes have me up at ALL HOURS

I have not been able to sleep at all since my diagnosis, it has been really impacting me in every possible way. Similar to the other comment I didn't fall asleep immediately because of this but it was actually really soothing

I have to say that I find this fireplace super relaxing. There is a similar screen on netflix that I use during the holidays. Anyway, I pulled out this video in a moment of desparation the other night when I wasn't able to get to sleep. I watched it a couple of times and I have to say the combination of the fire and the relaxing voice really helped to relax me. Biggest complaint is that the track isn't longer, I wish there were a way to listen on loop etc
